Without Testosterone, you are spinning your wheels and will not see gains.

One of the best ways to ensure you are getting enough testosterone is by eating the right foods. In this article, I will discuss some review the 12 best testosterone boosting foods.

1. Coffee

Coffee is first on my list, and for a good reason, if you are an early morning “go to the gym” person the caffeine in coffee not only will boost your energy levels it can also increase testosterone.
